We manufacture EPS sandwich panels in-house, so you get consistent quality and short lead times without waiting on outside suppliers.
Our panels are rolled, cut and bonded to your spans in our Gauteng factory. They join with a tongue and groove system and come in a smooth or fluted (micro-rib) finish, ready for cold rooms, freezer rooms, prefab buildings, park homes, cladding and container insulation.

Insulated panel questions
What is the lead time on insulated panels?
Panels are made to order, typically within 7 to 10 days from order confirmation, depending on quantities.
What thickness do I need?
It depends on the application. 50mm to 75mm suits most buildings, while cold rooms and freezer rooms need 100mm to 150mm. We will advise you when you enquire.
What is the difference between smooth and fluted panels?
Smooth panels give a clean, flat finish. Fluted (micro-rib) panels have a ribbed profile that adds stiffness and resistance to impact.
Do you supply the fittings too?
Yes. We can supply U-channels, angles, capping, doors, windows and cold room hardware on request to complete your installation.
