Insulated Panel Properties
East Rand Container Insulated Panels do not rot, warp or corrode in damp conditions. This makes them ideally suited for use in cold rooms, freezer rooms and chillers. The medium density EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) core with a pre-stressed skin laminated and bonded provide an excellent thermal efficient solution in the construction of insulated walls and partitions with structural stability. They have very high compressive strength and low water absorption which makes them ideal for external applications such as prefab buildings, cold storage, and cladding applications.
Our most popular panels are 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, & 150mm 15DV EPS Insulated panels with 0,5mm Chormadek finishing. Our panels are manufactured from top quality materials and manufactured in house.
