FAQ
Before you order
What container grades do you have?
We supply cargo-worthy containers in C, B and A grades and new (one-trip). The grade reflects the cosmetic condition; all are wind and watertight.
Which grade is best for a conversion?
We recommend grade C for most conversions. It offers the best balance between function and price, leaving more budget for the fit-out. Grade B is popular too, but not always in stock.
What is the difference between a prefab building and a park home?
A park home is built on a steel chassis and delivered complete, so it can be moved by road. Widths range from 3m for standard transport to 3.5m for abnormal loads (permits required), and units can be joined on site. A prefab building is built on a concrete foundation on site and suits larger, semi-permanent buildings, typically over 60 to 80 square metres.
Who arranges transport?
We do. We deliver with our own crane trucks and give you an obligation-free transport rate. You may arrange your own transport for purchased units (not rentals): make sure the site has access for a 12m crane truck, a level placement area and no overhead obstructions.
